Final Sale Policy

Due to the boutique nature of our shop, all sales are strictly final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. Exceptions are made only for orders containing incorrect items, which must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. To resolve such cases, contact us immediately with your order number, clear photographic evidence of the discrepancy, and all original packaging.

Once the item is delivered and signed for by the recipient, the risk of loss and title for the item pass to the buyer. We are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No Refunds or Exchanges: All items are sold "as is." We strongly advise reviewing your cart details, product descriptions, and shipping/billing address thoroughly before purchasing.

2. Discretionary Exceptions (Rare Cases): If we exceptionally approve a refund or replacement for a proven error on our part, you will incur:

  • non-refundable 15% processing fee (calculated from the item’s total cost).
  • Return shipping fees (customer’s responsibility).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Condition Requirements: Items approved for return due to our error must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of approval. We reserve the right to deny refunds if conditions are unmet.

4. Policy Finality: Any exceptions to this policy are granted solely at our discretion and do not set precedent for future transactions.
